Five New Spots to Check Out for Denver Restaurant Week

Denver Restaurant Week is back! From February 24 to March 5, the 13th annual celebration of the local restaurant scene is offering deals at 256 (and counting) restaurant choices. This year, DRW organizer Visit Denver introduced a price-tiering option, with three-course meals at participating restaurants falling into three price ranges (per person): $25, $35, and $45. Not only does this give restaurant-goers more options for dinner, it also offers restaurateurs a bit more flexibility in creating their menus. Whether you’re looking for a casual bargain or a black-tie splurge, this year’s DRW lineup offers something for every taste and budget.

  • Change

    Change

    like change in your pocket

    it’s small and insignificant

yet a little can go a long way

we must change to see other’s perspectives and work as a collective

    in the name of love

because we must keep loving each other

or else loneliness will sweep the world

and fear will end us all

    Standing Up

I read a post on Facebook the other day asking friends to offer words of support to her brother being bullied at school. What stuck out to me was that she said she had never been bullied before which is why she was asking in the first place. Never been bullied!? I guess it surprised me because I figured everybody has been bullied at least once in their life. I’m almost 24 years old and I still have adults who try to bring me down.
